| Glory holes and military men go way back - even before the good old days of busy downtown nightlife and seedy theaters where drunk and wayward soldiers and sailors and their lovers could meet. The military chasers were in heaven and the drunken masculine men could blow their loads without losing their dignity and call it a night. Glory holes were mentioned as far back as Shakespeare's "A Mid Summer Night's Dream" and they've somehow survived the test of time. Not as many seedy theaters exist anymore and with the Internet - somehow they've faded more away - but the in-home glory hole has taken their place. People constantly advertise their glory holes online as this favorite pastime continues to thrive.
